Track business performance across revenue, margin, order volume, win/loss, customer segment, region, and service type.
Lead cross-functional alignment across product, R&D, production, sales, marketing, project management, and technical support.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in life sciences, protein science, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field. PhD or MS preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, commercial strategy, technical sales, or business leadership in life science tools, CRO/CDMO services, antibody discovery, or biologics research services.

Familiarity with advanced antibody and protein formats, including bispecific antibodies, antibody fragments, VHHs, Fc-fusion proteins, and other complex biologics.
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product positioning, service offerings, pricing logic, and commercial strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to influence R&D, production, commercial, and regional teams in a matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in antibody expression services, protein CRO/CDMO business, biologics discovery support, or recombinant antibody production.
Experience supporting pharma, biotech, or AI-driven antibody discovery customers.
Familiarity with high-throughput antibody expression, bispecific antibody development, developability assessment, or antibody validation workflows.
Experience with service packaging, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and global portfolio management.
