Your Mission: Banza's growth results from an incredible team of people who understand the needs of both the consumer and our retail customers. We are looking for a new Regional Sales Manager for the East to capitalize on the hundreds of growth opportunities in front of us as we move forward as the #1 BFY pasta brand and expand to other categories! Our most successful team members are self-motivated, strategic thinkers who are comfortable taking an unconventional approach, love to manage a wide range of accounts, and are great storytellers. You'll deepen customer relationships to further our mission and build our business across pasta, pizza, mac & cheese, and waffles.
What You'll Do:
Own the day-to-day management and growth of Banza's e-commerce channels, including eatbanza.com (DTC), Amazon, and other pure-play and retailer.com platforms
Manage digital shelf health across retailers - content, imagery, ratings & reviews, search terms, and A+ content - to maximize conversion and findability
Plan and execute retail media and paid search campaigns (Amazon Ads, Instacart, Criteo, etc.) in partnership with our media agency, tracking ROAS and iterating in-flight
Lead promotional calendar planning for ecommerce channels, coordinating with Sales to align on pricing, timing, and inventory
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to forecast demand, manage inventory health, and troubleshoot fulfillment issues
Set media KPIs, analyze ecommerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion, subscription retention), and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Manage relationships with ecommerce and paid media agency and platform partners
Serve as the ecommerce subject matter expert cross-functionally, bringing digital-shelf and DTC best practices into broader brand and innovation conversations
Manage 3PL partners for Shopify sites (eatbanza.com and internal team samples)
Lead inventory management, including product demand planning and monthly reconciliation
Lead fulfillment and marketing kit logistics for all marketing sends (influencer, RDs, PR), product donations
Who You Are:
5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, quantitative finance, or someone who has built their own e-commerce business, ideally within CPG or food & beverage
Must have hands on experience managing Amazon (Vendor Central or Seller Central) and/or Shopify; demonstrated track record of driving growth
Must have experience planning and executing full funnel paid media campaigns: You understand how to brief an agency, set expectations, and optimize performance
Comfortable owning a budget and a P&L, and able to make the case for investment with data
Analytical and detail-oriented — you love a dashboard, but you can also tell the story behind the numbers
A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams and vendor relationships at once without a lot of oversight
A strong cross-functional collaborator who can bring Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain along with a plan

Compensation The salary range for this role is $120k-$170k. The range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and locations. Any updates to the salary range or considerations based on your experience and location will be communicated to you as a candidate.
Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geographical location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall within the range based on these factors.
