Role: Strategic Customer Lead - EMEA — Remote (Amsterdam, Netherlands or UK Remote), with regional travel.
Job Summary
This role manages and grows relationships with Beyond Meat's key strategic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and foodservice partners across Europe, partnering closely with the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Partnerships to drive customer success and align customer needs with Beyond Meat's strategic priorities. Highly cross-functional, spanning Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and regional commercial teams.
Responsibilities
• Support and manage relationships with major QSR and foodservice customers across EMEA
• Act as primary liaison for selected accounts; contribute to business reviews and joint business planning
• Lead cross-functional coordination to support launches, promotions, and operational execution
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and revenue tracking; analyze performance metrics and KPIs
• Partner with R&D and Innovation teams on new product launches and menu initiatives (LTOs)
• Oversee order performance, inventory, and service levels; resolve supply chain and logistics challenges
Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain within QSR, foodservice, or FMCG
• Proven ability to work in complex, international environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting
• English required; multilingual skills and EMEA experience are a plus
Compensation
The starting annual base pay for this role is between EUR 80,000 and EUR 100,000, plus eligibility for bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.
