You will be supervised by Agathe Mermoud-Pean and Artem Serov, IP Legal Counsel.
As an IP & Media Legal Trainee, your work will be split across two main mission areas:
Trademark, Design & Domain Name Law (60%)
- Support the legal team on trademark, design, and domain name matters across Danone's brand portfolio
- - Assist with filings, monitoring, and protection of intellectual property rights
- - Help manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel as needed
Media, Sponsorship & Copyright Law (40%)
- Provide legal support on media, sponsorship, and copyright matters
- - Review and help draft contracts related to media and sponsorship agreements
- - Support compliance with copyright law across marketing and communications activities
