We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure products meet quality standards through routine inspections and testing. This position requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with production and R&D teams, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced production environment.Please note that this is a shift-based role, which will require working different shifts, specifically 12 -10pm
Key Responsibilities:
Routine inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
Document and report quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and improve processes.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and testing data.
Support audits and regulatory compliance activities as needed.
Requirements:
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with fast-paced work.
Fluency in English and Hebrew. Russian is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, as this is a shift position requiring availability for different shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM. The schedule will be shared in advance.
Experience in QA/QC , Food or Pharma industries, or prior production experience - an advantage.
