Positions Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ph.D.-level Biochemist and/or Protein Engineer to join our Biochemistry R&D team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a small team of researchers, contribute to the development of innovative multi-specific antibody therapeutics, and play a key role in advancing both our technology platform and pipeline programs.
Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 researchers, providing scientific guidance and fostering professional growth. · Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve milestones. · Design and oversee experimental strategies for protein characterization across multiple discovery and development programs. · Plan and execute biochemical and biophysical assays to evaluate binding, mechanism of action, and assays supporting pharmacokinetic analyses. · Analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental data to support decision-making. · Ensure projects progress according to established timelines and objectives.
Hands-on Experience· Knowledge and hands-on experience in the expression and purification of bispecific antibodies (required). · Experience with HPLC and/or FPLC and multiple chromatography-based analytical techniques(required).· Strong background in biochemical and biophysical characterization of therapeutic proteins (required). · Experience in stability assessment and developability characterization of therapeutic molecules (required).· Hands-on experience with Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) (advantageous). Qualifications: · Ph.D. degree in life sciences with relevant lab experience (must)
