TopGum is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our FP&A function and team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across our global organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, senior management, and business leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the FP&A team and own the FP&A function end-to-end
Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecasts
Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Partner with business leaders to support profitability, efficiency, and growth
Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and long-term plans
Build and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
Prepare financial insights and presentations for executive management and the Board
Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 7 years of FP&A experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – required
Proven experience managing and professionally leading an FP&A team – required
Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structures, margins, profitability, and operational drivers
Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis processes
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Strong business orientation and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in a global organization – strong advantage
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
