Responsibilities
Lead quality-project implementation and follow-up. Manage and optimise the QMS with standardised processes, procedures, working methods and records. Provide quality-management tools, data, reporting and insights supporting Quality & Sustainability goals. Define, operate and monitor food-safety prerequisites, maintaining and developing HACCP and meeting legal food-safety and self-control requirements. Strengthen the quality mindset and inspire colleagues to make it part of daily practice. Lead and develop an empowered, accountable team; build internal and external relationships; manage project-team budgets and resources.
Requirements
At least a bachelor degree in food or equivalent, at least five years in quality and a food-production background. Good knowledge of HACCP and relevant standards. Interest in systems, tools and data; project and people-management experience and ability to lead change with stakeholders. Pragmatic, analytical and persuasive, turning complex issues into practical actions through communication and collaboration. Fluent Dutch, French and English.
