Your position
As a Real Estate Coordinator, you are primarily responsible for the commercial property management of our network, consisting of both gas stations and food locations (KFC, Burger King, Starbucks). This entails maintaining relationships with our landlords and analyzing lease agreements in a timely manner to determine and follow up on the desired future strategy. You have an advisory role towards management regarding lease renewals, terminations, permits, property optimizations, and investments.
In addition, you are responsible for acquiring new rental locations. You actively participate in developing the strategy and approaching owners to grow our network.
You work closely with government authorities, landlords, external advisors, and internal departments such as retail operations, construction, and legal.
This is a field position where you are frequently on the road and regularly visit locations to maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure the quality of the network.
Who are you?
You are a real estate specialist with strong analytical and financial skills, a strong communicator, and experience in the gas station industry. Additionally, you are a born negotiator and know how to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
In addition you have:
A completed higher professional education;
Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate within the retail, hospitality, or gas station industry.
Experienced user of MS Office applications.

Salary depending on relevant experience and skills;
24 vacation days (based on full-time) and 2 additional vacation day every 1 years of employment, with a maximum of 5 additional days per year;
