About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a digital platform focused on reducing food waste.
This role combines product strategy, technical leadership, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from defining the roadmap and building technical teams to launching features and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct customer research and optimize user experiences, onboarding, and retention.
- Source, evaluate, and manage developers, designers, and external technical partners.
- Oversee technical architecture, integrations, and technology decisions.
- Lead Agile sprints, backlog management, QA testing, and product releases.
- Track product performance and drive improvements through analytics and A/B testing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product leadership, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms.
- Proven experience launching products from scratch (zero-to-one).
- Experience hiring and managing technical contractors, agencies, or development teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, software architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Figma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
