Full-time role in North Region, Singapore. Lead maintenance operations to keep production lines running efficiently, develop and manage preventive-maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery and utilities, coordinate breakdown response, and supervise plant-maintenance activities. Lead, train and mentor the maintenance team, assign work, monitor performance and maintain safety protocols. Own the maintenance department budget, spare-parts procurement and inventory. Drive process and equipment reliability improvements and energy efficiency. Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and performance metrics; ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate maintenance with food-safety and quality requirements. Work with production, quality and warehouse teams and external contractors. The position also owns the company safety-management system, policies, risk assessments, training and compliance.
Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field; at least five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, FMCG or industry and three years leading a maintenance team. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, safety regulations, budgets, spares and vendor management. Hands-on machinery experience is required as background; the role’s stated duties focus on department program, budget, reliability, safety and team leadership.
