Key Responsibilities
- Execute Group audit engagements in accordance with the audit plan to ensure audit objectives are properly achieved.
- Independently perform audit procedures, including risk analysis, control evaluation and assessment of control deficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and summarize audit findings in reports.
- Communicate and work with management and auditees during reviews.
- Follow up on audit findings and agreed management actions.
- Promote business ethics and awareness of the Group’s ethical standards and integrity.
- Perform ad-hoc audit assignments as needed.
Requirements
- University graduate with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of internal and/or external audit experience.
- Manufacturing and FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Occasional travel.
- Understanding of internal controls and risk assessment, including planning, performing, managing and reporting evaluations of business processes and functions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under general supervision, exercise independent judgment, escalate issues and propose solutions.
- Problem-solving attitude and good business acumen.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other computer applications.
