This role will be responsible for Production Technician in LIQ/E&E. Need three shifts running.该职位负责液体及乳化，萃取的包装工作，需要三班倒轮班工作。
1.Finished goods / sample filtration, filling and packing成品/样品过滤包装
- Overview the filling instruction sheet阅读包装指导书
- Order packing materials from warehouse从仓库领取包装材料
- Print label打印标签
- Check equipment cleanness查设备的清洁情况
- Install filter and connect pipeline安装过滤器并连接管道
- Check scale检查电子称
- Inspect drum inside有检查包装桶内部
- Filling and packing过滤包装Operate forklift, pump and scale操作升降机，泵，电子称
- Operate filter操作过滤器
- Take packing sample for QC sensory check抽取感官用包装样板
- Goods receive成品收货
- Fill in packing record填写包装记录
- Record leftover and yield loss%记录成品尾数和损耗百分比
- SAP transaction COR6用SAP指令COR6，做成品收货
2.Equipment cleaning设备清洁
- Clean up equipment after used使用后清洁设备
- Place, record and label the cleaned equipment把清洁后的设备放好，做好记录，挂上状态标签
3. Continue Improvement持续改进
- 5S project 5S项目
- Follow the requirement of GMP, HACCP and quality control, strictly with correct record in the daily operation遵循GMP，HACCP以及质量控制的要求，严格地正确的记录日常操作
4.EHS compliance环境、安全、健康
- Generate MSDS data sheet for label printing查找物料安全数据表内容用以打印标签
- Report shop floor’s safety车间的安全报告
- Wear proper PPE佩戴合适的个人保护装置
- Report safety issue near miss without delay及时汇报未遂事件和安全事故
5.Other其他
- Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager. 执行及完成上级经理及主管指派的任务
