Business Partnering:
HR Analytics:
Regularly audits HR systems to ensure data accuracy and shares insights impacting the HR analytics dashboard
Ensures data is entered timely and accurately
Close collaboration with the Shared Service Centre and the payroll department to ensure accurate employee data/records are maintained
Ensures personal files are up to date. Prepares letters to confirm employee life cycle events such as: promotions, changes to working times, parental leave etc.
Produces standard employee reports for the HR team / business / finance / external agencies on a regular basis for analyses
HR Initiatives:
Ensures the effective implementation of HR and business initiatives
Supports projects through involvement on HR and /or business project teams
Partners with HR colleagues to share best practices, successes, and learnings to ensure consistency, alignment, and continuous improvement
Talent Development & Retention:
Communicates and tracks the completion of the annual performance management process within the site
Advises leaders on executing the performance management processes and address inquiries on the process or system
Assists with the induction process and organizes the introduction day for a new joiner
Liaise with external mobility agency to determine necessary administrative tasks that need to be completed for a smooth immigration and relocation process and offer support with mobility cases in general
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analyst or generalist roles
Experience with HRIS systems; Workday is a huge advantage
Excellent English & Hungarian language knowledge, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Hungarian labour law
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel a plus
Proficient in data management and analytics
Proven track record of data accuracy
High attention to detail

Good communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
