Accounts Payable Intern - Your future position?
As an Accounts Payable Intern in our Budapest office, you will take part in Intercompany and Fixed assets&CAPEX activities in order to support the processes of Fincancial accounting team and so help to ensure the compliance with the company policies, internal controls, laws and regulations and accounting standards.
Main responsibilities:
Take active part the accurate and timely completion of the month/year end closing activities and support monthly balance sheet and expense account reconciliations related to Fixed assets&CAPEX and Intercompany. Prepare and maintain process Work Instructions up to date. Any other task assigned by the Operations Manager, Coordinator and senior collagues
Use SAP in daily basis
Create reports in Excel
Posting journal entries, perform the capitalization, disposal, master data changes
Support Intercompany billing
Trade Invoice booking
Support the reconciliation of intercompany invoices
You have:
Ongoing studies in a Hungarian university, preferanly in Finance, Economics or equivalent fields
Fluent English and Hungarian level
Knowledge of MS office & Google tools
