As our first Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the Greenhouse Brand, particularly our flagship product, Fiery Ginger, and driving the growth of our Protein Shake category. You will be instrumental in translating our mission and Brand DNA into effective brand strategies, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and establishing a strong brand presence across various channels. You will have the autonomy to make a significant impact on the trajectory of our brand while gaining valuable experience as we continue to grow. Statement of Work & Responsibilities:
Define and Elevate Brand Identity: Champion and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and authenticity in every interaction.
Accelerate Brand Growth: Develop and execute bold brand campaigns that increase awareness, brand affinity, and NPS, with measurable ROI.
Market & Competitive Insight: Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and category expansion.
Content & Creative Leadership: Collaborate with content creators, influencers, AI tools and internal teams to produce compelling storytelling, digital content, and campaigns that resonate.
Consumer Engagement: Drive multi-channel campaigns (DTC, grocery, corporate stores, foodservice, e-commerce) that boost trial, loyalty, and repeat purchase.
Event Activation: Lead national demos, pop-ups, and experiential marketing efforts to create memorable brand experiences.
Partnership & Collaboration: Identify and foster partnerships with key influencers and community brands to amplify reach.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, gather consumer insights, and adapt strategies in real-time to maximize impact and efficiency.
Team & Budget Leadership: Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring all initiatives deliver maximum ROI and align with our growth objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of solid experience in CPG marketing.
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, retail, events).
Experience managing budgets and vendors.
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and interpreting marketing data to optimize campaigns.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand tone and voice.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms)
Experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and marketing copywriting is a plus.
Collaborative Influence: Builds trust and influences teams (sales, ops, partners) toward shared goals.
Agile Execution: Prioritizes, delegates, and drives efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.
