IFF is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to join our Food Ingredients division. This role is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives, supporting customer engagement, and executing growth strategies across North America. The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator with Sales, Applications, and Innovation teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Identify and understand customer needs to tailor marketing strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with Applications teams to identify relevant concepts to effectively showcase our ingredient solutions.
- Partner with Sales to lead and coordinate cross-functional activities for key customer events and strategic presentations.
- Ensure all marketing support requests are entered and tracked in SFDC (Salesforce).
Category Initiatives
- Develop compelling value propositions, customer-facing presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing assets to support new initiatives.
- Drive and execute regional growth initiatives from concept through launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign execution.
Category & Market Expertise
- Serve as a category expert by performing market analysis leveraging subscription-based databases and internal performance metrics
- Primary focus will be on the Culinary category, however, the role will also be responsible for other food and beverage categories to support broader initiatives
- Monitor trends and identify white space opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Marketing Operations & Content Management
- Manage the North America regional Showpad channel, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Upload new assets and retire outdated materials in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update regional showcase pages to reflect the latest marketing content and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food ingredients or CPG industry.
- Proficient knowledge of all aspects of the culinary category; other food and beverage categories a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, take initiative, and own projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Showpad, Nielsen IQ, Euromonitor, Mintel and digital asset management tools like Bynder.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business priorities and organizational structures.
- Willingness to travel (30%)

Compensation (78,000 - 95,000) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, paid parental leave (maternity and paternity), and an annual bonus plan.
