Hello potential future Oatly employee.
It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden nearly 30 years ago and we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing.
Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. Basically, we exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. If you’re looking for a place where corporate jargon and rigid hierarchies reign supreme, this might not be the gig for you. However, if like us, you believe in bold ideas, honest communication, and a bit of fun along the way, then you should absolutely read on!
We’re looking for a Head of Global Internal Communication to shape the way our 1,500+ Oatly employees around the world connect with our mission, our strategy, and each other. This role isn’t about pushing out corporate memos – it’s about creating an internal culture as dynamic, honest, and inspiring as the brand we show the world. You’ll be the architect of how we talk to ourselves, building trust and clarity across the whole company.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer (with a dotted line to our VP Global Communications) and can be based in Sweden, the UK, The Netherlands, or Spain, with the expectation you can work from either our Malmö, London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona offices. You will be required to travel regularly to our HQ in Malmö, Sweden, as well as our Oatly hubs around the world. Native/full professional proficiency in English is a must. Fluency in other languages is great but not mandatory.
Please note that if you make the shortlist, you will be asked to work on a task as part of the interview process.
