To drive this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Brand Manager to lead the evolution of our portfolio and our brand across all touchpoints to the next stage of growth.
Your Role
You will be the strategic owner of our product portfolio and a guardian of the Vegavero brand. Using the 4Ps framework — Product, Price, Place, Promotion — you’ll drive portfolio success while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our mission and values. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with product development, eCommerce, design, and marketing teams.
BRAND ESSENCE
You shape how our brand is perceived and experienced.
• Define and evolve the Vegavero brand strategy, including positioning, tone of voice, values, and visual identity
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling across Amazon, D2C, packaging, campaigns, and social media
• Translate customer insights into emotionally resonant messaging that connects with our core audience
• Act as the internal brand champion — from creative briefs to packaging to campaigns
• Work with design and content teams to elevate brand expression at every stage of the customer journey
PRODUCT
You define what we offer and how it aligns with the brand.
• Build and drive product portfolio strategy
• Identify opportunities for innovation or improvement based on customer insights, market trends, and performance data
• Monitor the product lifecycle from launch to maturity and drive improvements, delists and/or acceleration
• Ensure all products align with Vegavero’s values: natural, plant-based, scientifically grounded
PRICE
You optimize for customer value and commercial success.
• Define pricing strategies in collaboration with leadership and finance
• Monitor margins and category profitability across Amazon and D2C
• Benchmark competitors and identify pricing opportunities by channel
• Develop promotional pricing strategies in line with both performance and brand perception
PLACE
You tailor our assortment for each sales channel.
• Shape and manage the product assortment for Amazon and the upcoming Vegavero D2C webshop
• Collaborate with eCommerce to optimize product presentation, filtering, bundling, and merchandising
• Align product launches and portfolio structure with the needs of each customer journey
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain on availability and lifecycle planning
PROMOTION
You lead the storytelling and demand generation.
• Develop messaging strategies for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Brief creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure brand-consistent execution
• Contribute to retention strategies (email/SMS) with brand-led storytelling and education
• Support influencer and social campaigns with category-aligned narratives
Who You Are
• 5-7 years of experience in brand management, category management, or product marketing (ideally in supplements, wellness, beauty or FMCG with exposure to eCommerce)
• A strategic thinker who can connect brand vision with commercial execution
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative instinct and brand sensitivity
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing complex projects end-to-end
• Data-savvy, hands-on, and outcome-driven
• Fluent in English; German or Italian is a strong plus
