We are looking for a dynamic and connected Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow our presence in the food service sector across the Netherlands and Belgium, with particular focus on the Dutch market and the Flemish region of Belgium.
This role is based in our office in the city center of Utrecht and involves regular travel across both countries to engage customers, expand accounts, and open new business.
The ideal candidate brings FMCG sales experience in either or both markets (Netherlands and Flanders), is fluent in Dutch/Flemish, and has a strong network in the local food service ecosystem. We are looking for someone agile, entrepreneurial, and ready to make an impact in a growing, mission-driven company.
This role is accountable for achieving sales and profit targets and enabling the achievement of overall food service business goals. You will work collaboratively with National Accounts, Finance and Operations to ensure new partnerships deliver on consumer, revenue, and profit goals.

Requirements:
Manage and grow key strategic accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium, especially within the food service channel (distributors, horeca groups, national chains, wholesalers)
Create and implement region-specific go-to-market and account strategies
Identify, open, and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on NL and Flanders
Lead commercial processes — from listings and pricing to trade terms and promotional planning
Monitor sales performance and identify regional gaps or trends
Leverage your existing network in the Dutch and/or Flemish food service sector
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, marketing activation, and client satisfaction
Serve as the face of the company at industry events and tastings across the region
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food service
Strong commercial background in the Netherlands and/or Flemish Belgium
Existing network of distributors, HoReCa groups, wholesalers, and local accounts
Proven experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management and sales reporting
Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English (French is a plus)
Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and self-motivated
Agile and comfortable in a scale-up environment with fast-moving targets
Willingness to travel frequently across NL and BE
