Accellta is Hiring a Student (part time) for the R&D Department
Accellta is an innovative biotech and food-tech company specializing in stem cell–based technologies, including directed differentiation into target cell types, development of growth methods and culture media, and bioreactor process development.
The company is located at the Technion campus in Haifa.
We are looking for a curious, responsible, and highly motivated student who is interested in gaining hands-on R&D experience and building meaningful practical experience early in their studies.
Role Description:
• Hands-on work in a cell culture research laboratory
• Routine maintenance of cell cultures under sterile conditions
• Preparation of solutions, reagents, and culture media
• Working in accordance with laboratory procedures (SOPs)
• Assisting with research and development projects under the guidance of an experienced team
Requirements:
• Undergraduate student in Biotechnology Engineering / Life Sciences / Biology
• Availability to work on Fridays – mandatory, plus one additional weekday
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, organization, and ability to work in a team
• Strong motivation to learn, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
• Previous laboratory experience in cell culture – an advantage, but not required
