Role Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Shoreditch, East London
Line Manager: Kerry Atack, Managing Director
Target start date: asap
Plants was launched in 2023 and is founded and owned by Ella & Matthew Mills, the founders of Deliciously Ella.
In February 2025 we brought Plants together with allplants, to create all plants, a new plant-based powerhouse food brand with unrivalled awareness in the UK.
We believe that UPFs are destroying the nation’s health, and our mission is to offer real plant-based food designed for modern life: from veggie burgers to filled pasta to frozen meals, our range offers 100% natural meals that are easy to prepare on those busy week nights.
We started in Waitrose, and now you’ll find us in TESCO, Sainsburys, Ocado and Whole Foods too as well as on allplants.com.
With huge growth and big plans for 2026 and beyond, we’re only just getting started, and we’re looking for a new member of our team to help us unlock even more possibilities.
Working at all plants
We are a dynamic & passionate team of five, based out of our Shoreditch head office in a FORA building at 74 Rivington Street. We love being together and are in the office 5 days a week.
About the role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive with lots of energy to join our team. This is a varied and fast paced role ideal for someone passionate about food and looking to start their career in FMCG.
As it’s name suggests, the role is a blend of sales and marketing, giving you great experience across the business and reporting into the Managing Director Kerry. You’ll also work closely with brand founder Ella Mills and our Brand Manager Gabby to shape the all plants brand in it’s next phase. You’ll work on everything from retailer meetings to brand photoshoots to social media collaborations.
Key responsibilities
Sales Support: reviewing retailer sales data, supporting with retailer meeting presentations and looking after new line and promotional setups. You’ll have training on this on the job on all of this, so no need for prior experience!
Manage social content creation: identifying and working with UCG creators to create great social recipe content, and managing our social partnerships. This will bring in your passion for food: you’ll be briefing creators on recipes, editing video and posting on social, as well as working with our Brand Manager on social strategy, reporting on successes and coming up with new ideas.
Support with shopper marketing: you’ll support our MD Kerry on execution of shopper marketing plans, liaising with our retailer contacts and our external designers to design assets and set them live. Again there will be training on this as you go.
Supporting with consumer events: supporting with flyering, brand pop ups, samplings, and supper clubs, working closely with Brand Manager Gabby.
Manage Customer service: replying to emails in our consumer inbox and social DMs to build and help our community.
Support the wider team as needed: with anything and everything from marketing send outs to tasting new products. You’ll be part of our team and we all lend a hand.
About you:
You’ll be passionate about food: you’ll love recipes, restaurants and be engaged with health topics too. You’ll be full of energy and keen to learn – we’ll support you as you learn and grow. You’ll also be organised, have an eye for detail and be a team player who is happy to get stuck in to anything and everything going on at all plants.
What We Offer
You will have the opportunity to be part of a mission driven business at a hugely exciting point in our growth trajectory, where your voice is heard and where you’re able to actively input in the strategic direction of our business.
We offer:
A competitive salary
