Job Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To
Act as a strategic and operational HR partner, delivering comprehensive HR support and executing people strategies for assigned business units.
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.
Provide expert counsel on employment law, employee and labor relations, compensation, training, and broader organizational initiatives.
Drive succession planning efforts for leadership, critical roles, and high-potential talent, supporting development and internal mobility plans.
Leverage HR metrics and workforce analytics (e.g., labor costs, headcount, turnover) to inform budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations for assigned business units ensuring responsive, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, lead investigations as appropriate, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and oversee Talent Acquisition HR SME, aligning recruiting plans with workforce planning and business growth objectives.
Ensure HRIS data integrity and reporting accuracy, while overseeing efficient pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Partner with hiring managers on role design, job descriptions, and effective selection process.
Monitor recruiting effectiveness and drive continuous process improvement.
Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives by working with HR Talent Management.
Maintain and interpret HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support change management initiatives, cross-functional projects, and organizational transformation efforts.
Serve as a cultural steward, modeling and reinforcing the organization’s core values, standards, and policies across assigned business units.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or similar capacity.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, with demonstrated experience ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual in Korean preferred.
