Position: Interim Senior Reward Manager

About The Position
As Interim Senior Reward Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Reward across Flora Food Group during a critical period of transformation and growth. This interim role is ideal for an experienced Reward professional who can quickly step in, take ownership, and deliver both BAU and strategic reward initiatives with confidence and pace.
You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across P&O and Finance, lead core reward cycles, and play a central role in our EU Pay Transparency programme — from job architecture and pay ranges to analysis, training, and implementation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong modelling capability, excellent judgement, and the ability to influence at senior levels from day one.
The role is hybrid, based from our Southwark office, with regular collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
Reward Strategy, Governance & BAU Delivery
Lead benchmarking, salary survey participation, and annual compensation cycles.
Provide high‑quality analysis, modelling, and recommendations across compensation and benefits.
Support REMCO preparation and governance activities.
Maintain and evolve reward processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
EU Pay Transparency Programme
Support the development and rollout of job levels, pay ranges, and job architecture.
Conduct analysis and modelling to inform pay transparency requirements across EU markets.
Partner with P&O and Finance to embed new ways of working, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Support the design and delivery of training and communication across the organisation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across P&O, Finance, and the wider business.
Provide clear, concise insights that support decision‑making and drive reward excellence.
Act as a proactive voice in the organisation — bringing ideas, challenge, and solutions.
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Use advanced Excel skills (modelling, pivots, lookups) to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
Maintain reward databases and reporting tools to support business planning and workforce decisions.
Stay current on compensation legislation, market trends, and best practice.
Contribute to ongoing reward projects that support our evolving Reward strategy.

We’re Looking For a Confident, Analytical, And Proactive Reward Professional Who Can Operate At Pace And Make An Immediate Impact. You Should Have
Strong experience in Reward within a complex, fast‑moving organisation.
Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Advanced Excel capability — modelling, pivots, lookups, scenario analysis.
Experience with benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation cycles.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
Experience supporting or delivering job architecture, pay ranges, or pay transparency initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
A collaborative, curious mindset — comfortable working across teams and functions.
High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and a willingness to get into the detail while also thinking strategically.
