Summary
We are seeking a dedicated
Food Technology Specialist to oversee and enhance food production operations, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining seamless production workflows, optimizing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across processing, filling, and packaging systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily food production operations and facility performance.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality management standards
- Maintain, update, and manage production and quality documentation accurately and consistently
- Operate, troubleshoot, and oversee processing, filling, and packaging equipment
- Identify, evaluate, and support initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Food Technology Specialist (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in food production environments
- Proven experience with processing, filling, and packaging systems
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to work and reside in Germany
