The Digital Acceleration Manager plays a key role in driving performance across National and retail media and omnichannel programs, with a focus on top partners like Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart. This individual brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to shaping and executing digital marketing plans that fuel growth. Collaborating closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and Insights & Analytics, the Digital Acceleration Manager leverages data, best practices and channel expertise to optimize campaigns, manage investments and inform future strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong digital foundation, a passion for retail innovation and the ability to connect insights to action in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the planning and execution of full funnel marketing and digital media campaigns.
In partnership with agencies, unlock new opportunities, enhance digital activation, and maximize return on investment.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Insights, and Digital Asset Management teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive category growth and brand engagement.
Influence strategies by providing performance insights and co-developing programs that improve media efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish KPIs, develop and support reporting practices, including MMM, and translate marketing performance intoactionable recommendations, including.
Advocate for best practices across the organization by sharing insights on consumer behavior, platform trends, and innovations.
Support cross-functional teams in building compelling, insight-led business cases to secure investment for marketing initiatives.
Contribute to enterprise-level projects and strategic initiatives that accelerate digital maturity and enhance omnichannel capabilities across the business
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that drive omnichannel and eCommerce performance.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and digital media strategies across channels including display, search, social, email, and mobile.
Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs that drive conversion and deliver measurable business results.
Ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines with evolving priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools, with working knowledge of measurement and analytics frameworks to track performance and optimize investments.
Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree required; preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong preference for CPG industry background.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing and executing digital marketing programs, media plans. Experience developing retail media network activations a plus (e.g., Target Roundel, Walmart Connect, Amazon, Instacart).
Proven experience leading digital initiatives across retailer platforms and eCommerce environments, including strategy development, execution, and performance analytics.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic execution while managing day-to-day campaign details with precision.

In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short-term incentive. Additionally, this position is eligible for a 15% annual short-term incentive. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the compensation range maximum would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
REMOTE: National* salary range is: $96,000 – $120,000*This salary range is for remote, home-based employees across all registered states (including CA & CO) and is reflective of our commitment to equitable compensation practices.
