- Manage purchasing, setup, inventory, repairs, and returns of laptops and accessories.
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other company applications; track licenses, renewals, usage, and spend.
- Maintain accounts, groups, and permissions and run quarterly access reviews with system owners.
- Administer approved AI platforms, including access, licenses, connectors, usage limits, adoption, and spend.
- Find recurring issues, document solutions, coordinate with vendors, and recommend improvements.
What you bring
- 1–2 years of IT support or administration experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical macOS troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Examples of owning and improving an IT process or service such as onboarding, device tracking, support, or documentation.
- A helpful, patient approach and clear communication with people who have different levels of technical confidence.
- Strong follow-through, accurate records, and the ability to manage competing requests.
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn to manage them responsibly.
- Device management experience with tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud is a plus.
