Role overview
Vestas is hiring a Head of Business Finance and Planning to lead Manufacturing Finance partnership and performance management across its global manufacturing footprint. The role works with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and senior leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leaders and translate financial data into recommendations.
- Oversee FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting and KPI frameworks.
- Lead the Manufacturing Finance transformation agenda and key initiatives.
- Improve standardization, simplification and automation of finance processes.
- Lead and develop a small team of finance analysts, set priorities and coordinate delivery.
- Maintain cost management focus, including fixed costs and capital expenditure.
Qualifications
Requires a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; 10+ years in FP&A, business finance or related work; manufacturing or operations experience; finance transformation experience; strong analytical, financial planning and communication skills; and fluent English.
