Role overview
The Finance Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to Vestas manufacturing leadership, using financial insight and operational knowledge to improve performance, identify value-creation opportunities and connect operational improvement to measurable financial impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leaders and operational stakeholders on performance management.
- Link operational metrics to financial results and provide fact-based analysis and recommendations.
- Identify and prioritize factory performance initiatives and translate them into financial impact.
- Support strategy, budget and monthly forecast processes; provide scenario analysis and decision support.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and investment governance.
- Deliver reporting and analysis to leadership and improve forecasting, reporting and performance-management tools.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; 5–8 years of FP&A, business finance, manufacturing finance, controlling or consulting experience; strong financial modeling, forecasting, cost-control and analysis skills; and fluent English.
