Role overview
Manufacturing Finance works with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and senior leadership to improve operational and financial performance. The Business Finance and Planning Analyst supports transparency, cost control and decision-making through reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly closing and performance reporting for Manufacturing.
- Deliver variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Coordinate across Manufacturing Finance, Manufacturing and other functions.
- Support the finance calendar, follow-up and on-time delivery.
- Identify process-improvement and automation opportunities.
- Provide analyses and deep dives for finance leadership.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; FP&A, business finance, controlling or management reporting experience; budgeting, forecasting and performance-management skills; advanced Excel and financial modeling; and experience with SAP and Power BI.
