Role overview
Senior project manager leading complex technical Manufacturing Test projects and shaping project portfolio, governance and best practices. The team provides test solutions to Vestas factories and works across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Software and global factory stakeholders. This is a cross-functional engineering project leadership role; hands-on frontline production is not the focus.
Responsibilities
- Scope and manage complex technical projects supporting Manufacturing Test solutions.
- Coordinate portfolio priorities and projects across the Manufacturing Test landscape.
- Improve project management processes, governance and technical project management practices.
- Own strategic initiatives and contribute to the Manufacturing Test management team.
- Support industrialization and new product introduction; manage project risks, dependencies, resources and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requires senior-level experience managing complex technical or engineering projects, a technical degree or equivalent understanding, cross-functional industrial experience, and strong project management capability. Full-time management role. Apply by October 29, 2026. Requisition 78853.
