The Role
We’re bringing on an Operations Associate to support B2B operations as a 4-month temporary employee. You’ll own day-to-day order processing, distributor and customer account management, and related administrative work to ensure the team and our customers are well supported.
This is a remote, U.S.-based role. This role is expected to be 20–30 hours a week with the potential to scale up based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Order management: process B2B orders accurately, reliably, and responsively.
- Customer account management: set up and maintain customer accounts, including coordination of onboarding documentation and customer communications.
- Product data maintenance: maintain our internal product database and manage all downstream catalogs.
- Cross-functional administrative support, for example: serve as the point of contact for company mail, assist in reporting, order business cards or customer swag.
- Take on additional projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or administration.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Reliable and highly organized.
- Comfortable managing repetitive, detail-heavy processes without letting things fall through the cracks.
- A customer service mindset with clear written communication.
- Comfortable managing several workstreams at once in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Little to no travel required.
