Work Shift: Day Pay Type: Salary Hourly Rate (if applicable): N/A Targeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $92,800.00 - $120,400.00 JOB OVERVIEW: Provides technical support and project management throughout the Blue Diamonds landscape to include plant applications, security, and the general infrastructure landscape. Oversees cyber security, NIST CSF compliance, improving/upgrading plant applications, database administration and assisting in infrastructure projects as needed. Documents, deploys, troubleshoots, and changes management of existing/new plant technologies. Develops and maintains the management of the Blue Diamond Cyber Security Program. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversees Cyber security testing, review, and management. Implements and enforces security policy. Manages infrastructure related to plant software and applications. Drives SEIM Implementation and improvement. Supports plant infrastructure and controls program/project management. Creates and contributes new processes and technologies to further improve the design and delivery of automated solutions. Oversees technical process improvement and process automation. Oversees Database Administration including consolidation, management, and monitoring. Executes problem and change management processes. Maintains enterprise-level processes, security, and compliance of controls network while operating under enterprise-level policies such as change management, problem management, and incident management. Interfaces between plant teams and network delivery teams, coordinating changes, and assisting with problem debugging. Documents existing processes as needed. Identifies, documents and teaches level 1/2 tasks that can be transferred to service desk. Participates in high risk, highly complex internal and external projects as needed. Experiences managing projects and ability to run Infrastructure related projects. Works independently with minimal supervision, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately. Configures provision and fine-tune plant applications and security to meet Blue Diamond standards. Works to help maintain and enforce security policy across the organization. Manages the Incident Response Team. Leads special projects related to infrastructure. Manages security incidents coming in from our managed service providers. Installs, maintains, and monitors systems, network, and telecommunications, including technical problem resolution, and assists with disaster recovery activities. Assists with enforcing security policies and practices for network, systems, applications, and telecommunications. Provides technical support on information technology issues and projects in the areas of security, networks, systems, and telecommunications. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information systems 5 years of IT experience to include 2 years of Cloud Applications support Experience with Windows Operating Systems, networking technologies, virtual server technologies and Microsoft products Knowledge and aptitude for network design, administration, and security Experience supporting production datacenter environments Experience with PowerShell scripting and identify process improvements leveraging IOT and/or automation Deep understanding of plant applications, related integrations, and security Total minimum number of years of experience required in lieu of degree 9 years of IT experience to include 6 years of Cloud Applications support. Onsite/Hybrid position PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years’ experience in IT to include 5 years of experience supporting cloud applications/infrastructure. 3 to 5 years’ experience in Networking and/or Systems support and projects. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and to lift and install servers, routers, and other networking or systems equipment. Experience participating in and managing projects. Ability to effectively analyze, identify, and diagnose data network related problems and take corrective measures. Able to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with business users in understanding and resolving system issues. Ability to effectively function both individually and in a team environment. Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities. Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude always. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and company sensitive issues. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 60 lb. Must be able to roam throughout the plant, occasionally walking though plant areas or climbing multiple flights of stairs. Must be able to visually concentrate for reading, writing and computer use.
