We’re looking for a passionate, commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growth journey. You will drive our sales in the North America market, playing a pivotal role in executing our U.S. commercial growth strategy within the Health & Performance and Sports Nutrition sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to acquire new customers in the U.S. and North America market
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms and conditions, and successfully close sales
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive long-term growth
- Offer market insights and guidance on key segments, accounts, and applications
- Work side by side with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
You will report to our Chief Sales Officer Juan Manuel Benitez Garcia.
To succeed in this role, you have the following
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles, preferably in protein or specialty ingredient sectors
- Proven expertise in Health & Performance and Sports nutrition and product categories such as RTDs, RTMs, protein bars, and healthy snacking
- Demonstrated ability to sell value-driven solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- A well-established network within the U.S. Sports Nutrition and Health & Performance industries
- Strong understanding of the consumer and downstream value chain
- Technical sales proficiency with the ability to work alongside product and application development teams
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to deliver
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North American region
