About Us
We’re on a mission to change the way the world eats, one great hire at a time.
Food Impact Partners is a boutique search firm dedicated to making a positive difference in our food system, by finding and recruiting top talent for the high-impact organizations we work with. We partner with innovative food companies driving meaningful change in the way we produce and consume food.
Our forte is our industry specialization. We have a deep network within plant-based foods, fermentation, cultivated meat & seafood, food waste reduction, novel ingredients, sustainable agriculture, and biomanufacturing, as well as adjacent industries such as biopharma, big food companies, climate tech, and traditional tech companies. Our roots are in alternative proteins, but we’ve expanded our focus to include the full food innovation landscape to better serve companies creating a more sustainable food system.
We bring more than just candidates. With creative headhunting, deep industry expertise, and a no-nonsense approach, we deliver the right people to the right roles. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team that values speed, collaboration, and clear communication over bureaucracy. We’re tenacious, creative, and deeply invested in the success of our clients and the people we place.
