Daily Harvest is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join our finance team. The FP&A team plays a critical role in helping the business make strategic, data-informed decisions. This individual will contribute to budgeting, demand planning, sales & operations planning, performance analysis and more, partnering closely with leaders across the company to ensure financial rigor and transparency.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both financial modeling and cross-functional business partnership. This role with touch both the DTC and retail sides of the business, but with greater emphasis on retail planning.
Responsibilities
Manage the full demand planning function, forecasting unit performance by SKU, product line, and selling channel
Own the retail financial model, collaborating with the Retail team to develop retailer-level sales forecasts and P&Ls, and monitoring performance against expectations
Prepare ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decision-making, including analysis around promotional ROI, trade spend and deduction planning, and price architecture
Drive COGs planning alongside Operations, Supply Chain and Culinary teams ensuring the demand plan translates to efficient procurement and transportation of goods
Support annual budgeting, monthly reforecasts, and long-range planning by continuously improving models and reporting processes to track and communicate performance
Partner with Accounting to understand financial drivers, implement process efficiencies and resolve any discrepancies in reporting
Leverage data to understand underlying consumer behaviors driving financial results and retail performance
Prepare recurring + ad-hoc materials for the leadership team and Chobani stakeholders (e.g. monthly reporting, sales presentations, annual budget presentation)
Be an advocate for financially-driven decision-making and channel optimization across the organization
Requirements
3+ years of experience in FP&A/Strategic Finance at a CPG company with retail/wholesale distribution, preferably a high growth omnichannel start-up
A relevant bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
Mastery of financial modeling in Excel and a solid base in both accounting + finance
Experience modeling & analyzing performance with both direct retailers and national distributors such as UNFI and KEHE
Experience with NetSuite, Looker (and/or other BI tools), and SQL
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
The attitude of a team player, possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environment

The salary range for this full-time position is $82,500.00 - $129,800.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
