Job Purpose and Impact
The FSQR Internal Auditor will conduct complex audits of manufacturing facilities to ensure that work activities related to production are being conducted in a manner that is safe and complies with quality applicable requirements and relevant production safety regulations. In this role, you will execute internal facility audits. You will drive continuous improvement within the businesses by identifying best practices and improvement needs. You will develop and deliver timely and consistent audit reports, supporting tools, training materials and guidance documents to enable business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and conduct audits at different locations intended to evaluate and drive compliance with company requirements and third party certifiers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and execute internal, external, third party and regulatory audits.
- Audit processes related to safety and manufacturing or other related processes depending on the evolution of the organization.
- Prepare consistent audit reports with audit findings, proposals for improvement and identification of industry leading practices.
- Proactively identify trends and provide useful information to the leadership team.
- Provide audit analysis reporting, lead projects and training sessions and assist in the development of guidance documents.
- Collaborate with global peers to share knowledge and best practices in the area of auditing.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with email, spreadsheet, and word processing applications
- In depth knowledge of governmental requirements for the industry
- Experience working in manufacturing plant or operations
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing evaluation and approval of corrective and preventive action planning based on audit findings
