Role: Regional Sales Manager, Foodservice DACH — Remote (preferably based in Germany), covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Job Summary
This role manages Foodservice sales of Beyond Meat products across the DACH cluster, responsible for achieving annual volume sales and profit targets while managing and developing key accounts and distributors.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the local cluster's go-to-market strategic plans
• Own forecasting and business planning to deliver budgeted volume, sales, and profit targets
• Lead and manage local Field Sales partners; identify new business opportunities in foodservice and industrial
• Develop annual customer business plans in partnership with Marketing
• Direct trade promotion activity and manage broker/distributor sales execution
• Negotiate annual collaboration plans with local key accounts and wholesalers
• Attend key customer events and foodservice trade shows
Requirements
• 5+ years of Foodservice Sales experience with account management experience
• Foodservice distribution, broker, or manufacturer experience a plus
• Four-year college degree in Business or equivalent
• German native/fluent level; English at professional/conversational level
• Experience selling value-added protein preferred
Compensation
The starting annual base pay for this role is between EUR 90,000 and EUR 115,000, plus eligibility for bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.
