The Role
As Workspace & Culture Manager, you'll take ownership of our Planegg site and help connect our cross-country team of around 75 people, working 28-40h/week in a role that blends office management, culture-building, and cross-team support.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day workspace at our Planegg office, including vendor and supplier management.
Foster culture and connection across our cross-country team through events and initiatives.
Organize company rituals and Townhalls that keep the team aligned and engaged.
Support the People team with onboarding and general HR-adjacent processes.
Act as a bridge between IT, tools, and process automation for the wider team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in office management, workplace, or culture-focused roles.
A mindset for bridging cultures and locations in a growing, international team.
Ability to balance order and creativity, structure and flexibility.
A pragmatic approach to prioritizing based on business impact and scalable choices, thinking in scalable structures, and confidently defending decisions when necessary.
Ownership mindset with high tech-affinity, including familiarity with productivity tools and HR systems (e.g., Personio); fluency in English and confidence with regular on-site presence in our Planegg office.
