The Role: The Finance Manager owns day-to-day finance operations, treasury, financial planning, and accounting oversight, partnering with founders and leadership to build a finance function that scales with the company across its multi-entity structure.
Responsibilities:
- Finance operations & accounting: AP/AR, monthly close, audits, tax and compliance, chart of accounts
- - Financial planning, cash & performance management: budgets, forecasts, financial models, runway tracking
- - Treasury & banking: manage bank and payment provider relationships, cash management strategy
- - Multi-entity, SPVs & transfer pricing: support financial setup for SPVs and intercompany structures
- - Reporting: prepare internal financial reports and support board and investor reporting
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in finance, finance operations, FP&A, or audit
- - Experience from a startup/scale-up, VC fund finance team, or consulting/audit firm valued
- - Comfortable owning processes end-to-end
- - Based in Munich or willing to relocate
- - Fluency in German or Danish, plus English
