- - Drive an accurate, scalable, and increasingly automated monthly, quarterly, and year-end close using AI and modern tooling
- - Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management end-to-end, introducing AI-enabled automation
- - Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and the monthly reporting package
- - Own revenue recognition (ASC 606), including policy, technical memos, and execution
- - Build relationships with external audit partners and manage the audit process end-to-end
- - Partner with People to execute payroll; coordinate with providers on tax filings; oversee treasury and cash management
- - Partner across Finance/FP&A, People, Legal, and functional leaders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred (MBA a plus)
- - Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), financial reporting, audit, and compliance
- - Demonstrated experience owning or leading a full audit
- - Track record of using AI, automation, and modern accounting tools to drive efficiency
- - Experience selecting, implementing, and managing accounting systems and integrations
- - Strong people leadership experience coaching or mentoring accountants
- - Excellent communication and analytical skills
