The Role: The Financial Reporting Manager oversees the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, working closely with the Global Controller and both Corporate and International accounting teams. Headquarters is Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP
- - Lead and enhance the financial close process
- - Coach a team of senior accountants
- - Establish and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
- - Lead global consolidation processes across multiple business units and legal entities
- - Oversee foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation adjustments
- - Support external audits as primary liaison
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required
- - 7-10 years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience, 5+ years in a leadership role
- - Experience in global manufacturing industry preferred; public accounting experience preferred
- - Strong proficiency in US GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
