Role Overview:
• Responsibilities include, clean-in-place (CIP), Sterilisation-in-place (SIP) and operation of sterilisation equipment and
bioreactors.
• Prepare growth media to standard recipes, seed bioreactors with inoculum, perform routine sampling of product
• Conform to quality control measures, maintain records and safety procedures.
Requirements:
• HND level education (or equivalent practical experience) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with production processes such as fermentation, CIP, SIP, pasteurisation, filtration, centrifugation,
or similar operations.
• Experience working safely under Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a regulated production environment.
• Good problem-solving skills, with ability to understand basic scientific and engineering problems.
