Work Shift: Day Pay Type: Salary Hourly Rate (if applicable): N/A Targeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $103,000.00 - $133,700.00 JOB OVERVIEW: Leveraging our ecosystem and collaboration, the Finance Data & Insights Manager represents the role that ensures finance data are accurate, automated, and turned into insights to support decision making. The Finance Data & Insights Manager plays a central role in transforming the Finance organization from a reporting-focused function into a decision-support and insight-driven partner to the business. Reporting to FP&A Finance VP, this role works also closely with the CFO, senior leadership and the finance co-piloting team to ensure Finance data integrity, scalable analytics, automated reporting, and high-quality insights that enable faster and better business decisions RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Finance Data Ownership & Master Data governance: Own Finance-related master data (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, hierarchies, products, customers, charts of accounts) in SAP. Define and enforce data standards, governance, and controls to ensure consistency, accuracy, and auditability. Act as the Finance point of accountability for data integrity across planning, reporting, and performance management. Partner with the DMO team to ensure proper data architecture, access, and security. Analytics, Insights and Decision Support: Translate Finance and business questions into clear analytical frameworks and insights, not just reports. Develop actionable analyses to support core pillars of decision making: Performance vs AOP / Forecast Margin and profitability analysis Cost drivers and operational efficiency Cash flow and working capital dynamics Scenario planning Integration of external and internal data, such as the linkage between consumption data (Circana) and Snack Nut volumes or Stratamarket data with our own Commodity and ingredient pricing trends. Support the CFO and FP&A Head with ad-hoc, high-impact analyses for executive and Board discussions. Reporting Automation and System Enablement: Lead the automation and simplification of Finance reporting, reducing manual Excel-based processes and driving documentation to support the scalability. Leverage SAP HANA and connected tools to build scalable, repeatable, and reliable reporting solutions. Standardize core Finance dashboards and reporting packs while enabling self-service where appropriate. Create Specific dashboards when non-existent to report the performance, draft insights where there is a possible value creation not yet identified Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the COE in: Close and reporting cycle time with clear analytics. Data reliability and consistency. Analyst productivity and focus on value-added work. X-Functional leadership and influence: Act as a bridge between Finance, DMO, COE and the business co-pilots, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution. Partner with FP&A, Controlling, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial co-pilots to embed Finance insights into decision-making. Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on data, analytics, and performance management topics. Influence without direct authority, setting standards and best practices across the organization. Success Measures: Improved data quality and consistency across Finance and business reporting. Increased automation rate and reduced manual reporting effort to rely more on processes/systems than individual. Faster and more insightful management and executive reporting cycles (North Star: at the time of the closing on Day 3, most analysis should be published with automated insights Vs AOP and Forecast in order to focus Day 4 on key learnings and deeper analysis for publication of the Month-end performance on Day 5 to the ELT) Clear ownership and governance of Finance master data (with potentially a transfer to the DMO by end of 2026). Demonstrable shift in Finance output from reporting to insight and decision support. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree preferred 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, Controlling, or Finance Transformation. Strong hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC with HANA), Power BI/Analytical tools, and modern data environment (knowing Python is a plus). Prior experience with commercial facing teams AND supporting Supply Chain and manufacturing teams, as this role will collaborate with stakeholders across all of Blue Diamonds operations. Proven track record of reporting automation, data standardization, and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Ability to communicate effectively WHY BLUE DIAMOND?
