As a Retail Customer Service Representative for La Vie France, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving logistics and invoice disputes on a daily basis, maintaining a clean database and following clearly defined processes. You will contest customer penalties based on contractual KPIs and maintain regular follow-up to propose improvements to operational management. Finally, you will be a key member of the Customer Service team and will be called upon to resolve ad-hoc issues to ensure the smooth running of the service.
As a member of La Vie's Customer Service France team, you will have the unique opportunity to join our incredible customer service team and contribute to developing and growing a unique brand.
DISPUTE MANAGEMENT
- Effectively manage and resolve customer disputes (claims) in France.
- Maintain an accurate database of disputes and resolutions.
- Collaborating with our suppliers' customer service teams to provide quick and satisfactory solutions to customers.
- Analyze complaints to identify trends and propose improvements to prevent future problems.
- Assist in the preparation of claims follow-up and performance reports in claims management.
PENALTY MANAGEMENT
- Effectively manage and contest penalties for Retail France customers.
- Maintain an accurate database of penalties, their purpose, and current status.
- Suggest improvements to reduce the amount of penalties
CASH COLLECTION
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes to ensure payments.
- Monitor and manage customer payments using our internal tools.
- Create fundraising reports and present progress to the team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
- Manage orders and customer relations on a daily basis for your French Retail portfolio (order entry, order modification, schedule modification, backorder delivery)
- Participate fully in the Customer Service team by assisting during holidays and occasional assignments.
- A first experience (minimum 1 year) in order management and invoicing
- A love of numbers (and Excel 💚)
- A passion for service : you love satisfying your customers, and you never give up on finding solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills , both with internal teams and clients
- Olympian calm , even in the heat of the moment.
- Key skills : excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- An affinity for startup environments , which are dynamic and constantly evolving
- You speak fluent French and English
