We are establishing a new Consumer & Marketing Intelligence (CMI) department to translate consumer and market data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and support the sustainable growth of our brands and categories. As a CMI & Strategic Insights Intern/ Apprentice, you will contribute directly to building the foundations of this new function.
Your role will span from strategic research and benchmarking to operational support in supporting the development of strategic insight generation capabilities, reports addressed to Top Management and communication materials.
This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the CMI vision, capabilities and roadmap from the early stages. It either can be a 6-month internship or a one-year minimum apprenticeship, based in our creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Your Direct Responsibilities will be based on several key points :
Strategy & Roadmap Definition
Contribute to defining the CMI value proposition, positioning, missions and longterm roadmap
Assist in building the 3‑year plan and identifying key strategic priorities
Benchmark CMI organizations, tools and practices across competitive and adjacent industries
Infrastructure & Ecosystem Building
Support the creation and maintenance of a network of complementary partners that support strategic insight generation and decision making
Map existing capabilities and data sources (internal and external), understand how they connect and contribute to roadmap, and identify priority gaps
Assess potential research partners, data providers and technology platforms
Help define clear processes and governance
Communication & Internal Engagement
Develop materials to present CMI’s role and roadmap internally
Support the organization of workshops, insight-sharing sessions and other internal engagement initiatives
Your team contribution will focus on :
Assist in conducting research on market dynamics, category trends and consumer shifts
Support fieldwork implementation of consumer research studies
Contribute to data mining activities: organize data collection, execute quality control and run analyses
Develop strategic tracking indicators to easily identify risks and opportunities across markets and categories.
Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Translate results into clear, valuable insights by partnering with internal teams to identify direct strategic implications for the organization
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
High affinity with Fragrance and FMCG industries
Genuine interest in consumer & market understanding, with a curious mind
Analytical mindset: able to analyze big & complex dataset with rigor and translate into valuable insights.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in English (written & oral), French is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus (Power BI)
