What are you going to do?
Within your regions, you are responsible for the operational execution and development of HR processes for manned service stations in the Netherlands. This includes processes such as onboarding, internal mobility, performance, development, absenteeism, and departure. You are the primary point of contact for Area Sales Managers and Site Managers. You advise managers, conduct interviews, draft legal correspondence, and collaborate closely with your colleagues within the HR team. Occasionally, you visit station locations when necessary to speak with local management and employees. Additionally, you play an active role in initiating and realizing various HR projects. You translate new and amended legislation into clear, workable HR processes and ensure that these are carefully implemented and embedded within the organization. You are also responsible for keeping all HR data in the HR information system up-to-date and reliable. In the event of location acquisitions, you take charge of the HR process and ensure a smooth and careful integration.

With your proactive and solution-oriented attitude, you support and advise managers in an effective and committed manner. You are a true team player, but you can also work very well independently. You keep a cool head under pressure, set the right priorities, and know how to get others on board with your advice using your communication skills and persuasiveness.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following points:
You have completed a higher professional or university degree in HRM.
You have 3 years of work experience in an advisory HR role.
You have good knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
You have insight into and affinity with HR systems, preferably Kronos, Cobra, and/or SAP SF.
You are a strong communicator, independent, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
