About the Role
Hungryroot is seeking a highly-motivated, strategic and data-driven Senior Associate, Business Analytics to elevate how we use insights to shape our food assortment and drive key business outcomes. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations.
You'll specialize in linking the performance of our food and recipe assortment to key financial metrics, helping drive data-informed decisions across the business. We thrive on solving complex problems and turning data into actionable insights.
Important: This is a hands-on role! At Hungryroot, we are all technical individual contributors in our respective fields and as such, this role requires a deep understanding of complex SQL queries and on occasion, new table / schema builds.
