About the position
We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to build Chunk’s marketing function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role — a “one-person show” at the start — reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside senior advisors. The VP Marketing will lay the foundation of Chunk’s marketing engine, refine our brand and GTM, and gradually expand the team and function as the company scales.
The primary mission is to drive demand in US retail and foodservice, increase brand equity, and expand distribution. You’ll combine strategic leadership with executional grit: creating campaigns, managing agencies, building demand funnels, supporting sales, and generating measurable consumer and operator growth.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial marketing leader with proven retail/CPG success, who has scaled initiatives or departments from scratch and thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.
