We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-driven Global Sales and Operations (S&OP) Strategy Analyst, to join our Global Supply Planning unit. In this role, the S&OP lead will work in close collaboration with Hazera leadership, Marketing, Commercial, Demand Planning, Finance, Production, Supply Planners, Quality & Subsidiaries GM’s to execute and continuously improve Hazera S&OP process
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate End-2-End Hazera’s S&OP process - short, mid and long term
Integrate commercial, marketing and financial plans into supply and inventory planning
Inventory management - monitor inventory and analysis for improvements ensuring availability while preventing excess and obsolescence
Define and drive inventory strategy from 3-year horizon to tactical execution
Monitor all Supply KPI’s and drive improvement actions across functions
Develop and maintain S&OP and inventory reports and dashboards (BI)
Act as Supply Chain ERP domain leader including involvement in an ERP implementation and ongoing system development
Drive continuous improvement to S&OP processes, data, tools &results
Required Profile:
Industrial Engineer, B.A. in Economics or other relevant degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Supply Chain roles in a large global organization or consulting firm
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to gather and interpret data and attention to details
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Positive pro-active, can-do attitude with high level of energy and work ethics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting skills
Projects management and execution skills
ERP and BI – advanced user
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
